We are happy to announce that we have created a new department that are contract enforcement agency between buyer and seller, should you wish to enter into an agreement with supplier or buyer, our Contract Enforcement Agency will draw the contract up for you,and we make sure that the contract terms and conditions are enforced.

Women and Child Abuse. |

 We have a Women and Child abuse Centre,if you are or have been a victim of domestic violence, or any abuse, you may approach any of our Women and Child abuse centres, for assistance in obtaining a protection order free of charge,a qualified social worker will assist and make the necessary arrangements for the protection order and counseling.The centre will also assist you to obtain alternate accommodation for you and your children.
 We work closely with the South African Police Service, DRC Police Service, Ghana Police Service, Tanzania Police Service,Namibia Police Service and the Botswana Police Service. Email us for assistance at info@justice-commission.org all email enquiries will be answered.

The Justice Commission is an independent Justice agency,and our policy is to provide a service to all,access to JUSTICE for all.
Our services are for the general public in South Africa,AFRICA and around the world,we do not tolerate any corruption from Government officials or those who are in positions of trust that mislead or engage in dishonest / corrupt practices.

We advise companies and individuals who wish to trade in Africa,to contact our verifications departments to verify first the
credentials of companies before you enter into agreements.We have received complaints from individuals about companies breaching agreements,
and they are unable to take the necessary actions against the companies concerned,therefore we advise companies to contact safety and security
to act as the contract enforcement agency between buyers and sellers

Access to Justice for the poor.
In Africa the most effective to a lack of access to justice is the poor,we provide the service and access to justice free of charge.We make sure that justice is served.
Any BILL that is proposed at any African parliament including South Africa, are scrutinised in accordance with the relevant country/countries constitution,public participation will be organised and if the people do not agree with any BILL, we partition the Government to withdraw or rewrite the BILL in accordance with the wishes of the people.
Any member or Government official,Minister and even the President that engage in unethical behaviour will be brought to justice.
GOVERNMENT STAFF BEHAVIOUR
Any member of any political party that engage in hate speech,entice violence,will be brought to justice.We make sure that free and fair elections are maintained.We make sure that staff at all Goverment Departments treat its citizens with dignity and respect.We make sure that all health care Departments/ Day Hospitals and Hospitals treat the patients with dignity and respect.We make sure that the South African Police treat the citizens with dignity and respect. |

Justice for the People,The justice commission assist a number of children's homes in South Africa and accross Africa,we have found that individuals are operating children's homes to deceive the general public,we therefore have a mandate from the executive to investigate the management of children's homes,we cannot allow that children be exploited and used to defraud the general public.
Any DONATIONS are welcomed, we make sure that the funds donated are being used for the intended pupose.You may make a online donation or via EFT.
We provide services free to the people,and we depend on the generosity of companies and individuals to donate towards this important service.Our monthly newsletter will update you on the commission's activities.We thank all those companies and individuals who have donated to the commission.

The arms deal investigation has been reopened by President Zuma,3 Judges have been appointed to lead the investigation, The South African Justice Commission will monitor and assist with the investigation,and will make sure that no information and evidences are being left out.

The Companies Act makes provision that CIPRO will no longer register Close Corporations (CC)
The new National Credit Act makes provison that all Financial Services Providers must register with the National Credit Regulator as an authorised Financial Services Provider The Act also make provision to be read with the Consumer Protection Act, that Debt Review Consultants must register with the National Credit Regulator as an authorised Debt Review Consultant.
Micro Lending Enterprises are not allowed under the new Credit Act to withold the applicants Identity Document and Bank Cards.Interest on loans can only be charge upto the maximum under the laws of the Usury Act.
Also note that you CAN NOT apply for Debt Review if a Summons to appear in any Civil Court has already been served on you.
As soon as you realise that you are over indebted, you can apply for a Debt Review, and you will then be entitled to protect your assets for a maximum of 60months, only applicable if a Court Order is Granted.

The Justice Commssion are highly concerned with the high level of crime in South Africa,a unit has been established to investigate and liase with our communities about gangsterism.A report will be published and what measures will be taken
to combat gansterism and the high level of crime.
We also will investigate the role of community policing and how we can improve the service to the communities.
 
The Justice Commission assist orphanages and children's homes with training in agriculture to grow their own vegetables, and we also assist with Cooked food.

The Justice Commission hereby wish to bring it to your attention that we have received numerous complaints from the general public about Government Departments employees that are engaging in unethical behaviour,we therefore will not allow that employees of Government Departments to continue with such behaviour.
We have informed the head of Departments and we await the response and what corrective action will be taken.Should we not receive a satisfactory response, then we will pertition Government to take the corrective action according to the wishes of the people.
No Government Ministers or their employees are above the law,they are electorate by the people for the people.All South Africans and all that live in South Africa has the right to be treated with dignity and respect irrespective of race,colour,creed or religion.
